REQUEST A QUESTIONNAIRE ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD
Please send an official letter of request on behalf of the employer on your company letterhead. The letter must include the following information: - Number of employees needed; - Health requirements for candidates; - Salary amount; - Term of the employment contract; - Additional conditions, such as provision of meals, accommodation, medical care, transportation services and travel compensation. This information will help us select the most suitable candidates and ensure transparency of the recruitment process.
INTERVIEWING
In accordance with our clients’ requirements, we conduct a preliminary selection of candidates through interviews, professional tests and qualification assessment. Our experienced HR managers and industry experts carefully evaluate each candidate, taking into account both their professional knowledge and personal interests, to ensure maximum compliance with your expectations.
MEDICAL TEST
All candidates undergo mandatory medical examinations conducted by qualified doctors. The results of the examination are issued in the form of an official health report, which is provided to the client. This ensures that the future employee meets the medical requirements for obtaining permission to enter and work in Russia.
CERTIFICATION
We provide full support in the process of certification of documents required for employment of Indian workers in Russia. This includes verification and verification of documents such as educational diplomas, work books, certificates of qualification and other official papers. The process is carried out through interaction with the Ministry of External Affairs of India, Russian consulates, as well as accredited educational institutions and organizations.
