Indian employees are assigned to a specific company in the Russian Federation and cannot transfer to another without going through the full registration cycle.

They receive permission to work in a specific region of the Russian Federation, with the possibility of business trips to other regions.

They are willing to enter into an employment contract for 1 year with the possibility of its extension.

Foreign workers are registered directly with the employer's company. All procedures are officially carried out through the migration center. A foreign worker from a visa country is "tied" to the employer, since a work permit and work visa allow working only for the employer at whose request it was issued. Thus, the Customer can be sure that by investing in attracting such foreign workers, he will receive a real solution to the personnel issue.

When registered as highly qualified specialists, the tax is 13%. If employees are registered as ordinary visa workers, the tax is 30% for the first 6 months, after which it is reduced to 13%. Contact us, and our manager will help you understand this issue.

Accommodation: Employees from India will live on the employer's premises, in a hostel or a rented apartment.

Food: workers are ready to cook for themselves. It is necessary to provide them with products (chicken, eggs, vegetables, milk) or provide the opportunity to buy them nearby.

Living conditions: a shower, a place to wash and access to the Internet are required.

Expenses: all expenses related to the life of employees are covered by the employer.

A bank account is opened for each employee and a personal card is issued. Salaries are transferred in the same way as for Russian employees, via bank transfer. Our employee accompanies employees and helps them open bank accounts and complete all necessary documents 

Employees fly to Moscow and then travel to their place of work by train or plane.
